Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery is free and usually arrives within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Orders are usually sent with Royal Mail or Evri.

Order Processing Time

UK orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or carrier delays.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT/BST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Carriers (United Kingdom)

Total Delivery Time: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Carriers: Orders are usually sent with Royal Mail or Evri.
Taxes & Duties: We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

Location: We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom.
PO Boxes/BFPO: We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Refunds on Shipping

We do not refund expedited shipping costs for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, nor do we refund shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective.
